FAQ Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. This excludes weekends and all federal holidays.

How do I know my order has been received?
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.

Can I change my order after it has shipped?
We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped. If you need any assistance, please contact us at vamsscorp@gmail.com.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

*Please review and ensure that you entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an error in the address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.*

Local Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders from Miami-Dade and Broward County.
  • Palm Beach County free shipping on all orders $100+.
  • All orders North of the Palmetto Expressway will be delivered on Wednesdays, all other orders will be delivered Tue and Thru.
  • Orders must be placed the day before to be delivered on time.
  • If orders are needed quickly but are not placed before the designated delivery day an expedited shipping fee of $5 will be charged.
  • All orders will be delivered early afternoon-late evening.
  • Our drivers follow a contactless delivery policy unless contact is needed for delivery.

Local Pickup

  • Pick up is available Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm. For Saturday pick up please contact us a day in advance so that we are able to coordinate a pickup time for you.
